2. Services Provided
- Description: Breathe offers a range of classes including yoga, reformer pilates, and private sessions. We also provide special programs and workshops as detailed on our website and Application.
- Schedule: Class schedules, availability, and special programs are available on our website and Application. Please check for the most current information and updates.
3. Membership and Fees
- Membership Options:
- 10-Class Package: Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- 5-Class Package: Valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
- 1-Class Package: Valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Payment Terms: Payment can be made via credit/debit card or other accepted methods. Payment is due at the time of purchase. All applicable taxes will be added to the total amount.
- Refunds and Cancellations: All purchased packages are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable. Unused classes cannot be refunded or carried over beyond the package validity period.
4. Booking and Reservations
- Class Booking: Classes can be booked online through our website or app, or in-studio. Reservations are required for all classes.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Mat Studio Classes: Cancellations are free if done at least 12 hours before the class start time.
- Reformer & Private Classes: Cancellations are free if done at least 24 hours before the class start time.
- Waitlist: There is a 9-hour cancellation policy for waitlisted classes. If added from the waitlist, you cannot cancel within 9 hours of the class start time.
5. Studio Policies
- Attendance: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to settle in. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join a class once it has started.
- Behavior and Etiquette: All clients are expected to show respect for instructors and fellow students. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Dress Code: Grip socks are mandatory for all classes.
6. Health and Safety
- Medical Conditions: Clients must inform the studio of any health conditions or injuries prior to participating in classes.
- Liability Waiver: By participating in our classes, you agree to waive any claims for injuries sustained during classes or while on studio premises.
- Emergency Procedures: Please notify staff immediately if you require assistance, and they will contact the appropriate personnel to address the situation.
7. Use of Facilities
- Equipment: Clients are responsible for using equipment properly and cleaning it after use. Report any issues or malfunctions to studio staff.
- Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep personal belongings secure.
8. Instructor Policies
- Qualifications: All instructors are qualified to teach their respective classes.
- Substitutions: The studio reserves the right to substitute instructors if necessary. Clients can be informed through our website and app of any changes to scheduled classes.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal Data: Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing services and communication.
- Marketing: By creating an account, you consent to receive promotional materials and newsletters. You may opt-out at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
- Content Use: All studio materials, including images, videos, and class content, are the intellectual property of Breathe.
